Outlook on the next print-css.rocks release

A new major release is schedule for fall 2020. This release will focus on newer implementations for PrintCSS.

The open-source/free candidates are PagedJS and WeasyPrint which as been around for a while). There is also a new PHP-based candidate called Typeset.sh.

The fall release will also contain some bugfixes and lesson improvements and a few real-world examples.
